July 2009 Albuquerque Wedding Guild at Sheraton Uptown

Last Wednesday we had a wonderful wedding guild luncheon with fellow industry leaders. We hosted the event at Sheraton Uptown and over 50 wedding businesses attended. In addition, we invited local brides to come and share with us their wedding planning experiences. What a great way to network, share wedding experiences, and find out from local brides how we can improve our services to our clients.

Luncheon Recap

awg_lunch_3_11_09_23Yesterday, we held our Albuquerque Wedding Guild luncheon for local wedding businesses.  The room, decor, presentation, entertainment, and food were outstanding!  Classic Party Rentals provided us with the linens, chairs, and the color scheme.  The Flower Gallery provided us with the floral centerpieces.  Premier Limousines brought “The sweetest ride in town” chocolate bars…how cute! Sandi Ludescher entertained us with her harp.  Bentley Clark with Savoir-Faire Events gave us her insight on “The Business of Blogging”.  The Marriott Pyramid North “wowed” us with their delicious caribbean influenced salad, bread/butter, entrees, and dessert…not to mention serving the guests Champagne as they arrived!





Business Luncheon

Today, I will be hosting our 4th Albuquerque Wedding Guild luncheon at the Marriott Pyramid North.  This luncheon is designed to bring together local wedding businesses for networking, education, and to plan for a successful 2009.  Our speaker, Bentley Clark with Savoir-Faire Events, will be presenting on “The Business of Blogging”.  I will post pictures and details of the luncheon shortly!

Wedding Guild Luncheon
