5 of Albuquerque’s Best Wedding Venues

Here at Wedding Collective, we know that planning a wedding can be a daunting task. It is especially difficult when there are so many incredible vendors to choose from here in the Land of Enchantment. It is our mission to take some of the weight off those gorgeous shoulders of yours and connect you with your ideal vendor, so we’re going to do just that!

It’s no secret that finding your venue is one of the most anticipated parts of the wedding planning process. Let’s be honest, though, you’ve probably already had a few places in mind even before you got engaged. We know because we’ve been there and done that!

You might have been driving down Rio Grande and admired the gorgeous architectural features of the Hotel Albuquerque, or maybe you were exploring the foothills and found yourself entranced by the scenery of The View Event Center. No matter what, you’re ready to book that ideal spot for you and your guests to enjoy your unforgettable day.

It can be a challenge, especially during these unique times, to plan a wedding that requires you to travel. Although we love destination weddings, we also love staying close to home. There are so many fantastic venues scattered all around the state, but we want to focus solely on the city of Albuquerque and all of the hidden gems that are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Here are just a handful of Albuquerque’s best wedding venues (in no particular order + all loved just as equally):

1. Embassy Suites Albuquerque

You’ve dreamed of your wedding day: your loved ones, the food and most importantly the memories. Cue the happy tears! Our staff is well equipped and ready to guide you through every step, providing you with the ability to have a stress-free event. Our hotel is in a prime location, just minutes away from historic Old Town and centrally located between Albuquerque Convention Center and the University of New Mexico. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque is a one-stop wedding venue that can accommodate several different events.

2. Indian Pueblo Cultural Center

With 24,000 square feet of rental space, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is more than a museum, we’re a full-service event venue rooted in culture and tradition, with the experience and abundance of unique options to make your dream wedding a reality. We’re in a convenient location just minutes from Old Town, Downtown Albuquerque, and the Albuquerque International Sunport.

3. The Canyon Club at Four Hills

You are assured beautiful views of the lush golf course, mature trees, and surrounding area—whether for a meeting, luncheon, reception, dinner, wedding or another occasion. Our Rio Grande Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests, including a dance floor. For cocktail style events we can also overflow into our pre-function space. The Sandia Ballroom accommodates as many as 100 guests and has the addition of a beautiful balcony outside of the room and a Grand Piano. The Club’s Poolside Pavilion is yet another option from May through October and is available for up to 200 guests. And…most recently we are now featuring our “Range” weddings with a capacity of up to 200 on our driving range.
